Three years in and the integration story is honestly what keeps me from even looking elsewhere. Zoho Projects connects cleanly with the rest of the Zoho suite, and for a growing startup that has slowly added Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Cliq over time, that has been enormous. New tasks spin up from CRM deals, timesheets push straight into billing, and the whole team stays in one ecosystem rather than bouncing between five unrelated tabs. It removes a class of admin headaches I used to solve with manual exports and copy-pasting.
Beyond the integrations, the core project tooling holds up well. Gantt charts are clear, milestone tracking keeps my whole team aligned, and the document module means nobody is emailing attachments around. My one honest gripe is that connecting to non-Zoho tools via Zapier can feel a bit fiddly to set up initially. But once it is running, it stays stable. For a company at our stage, this is genuinely good value.
