Two years of managing Wave accounts on behalf of a dozen small-business clients, and the uptime has been genuinely solid. I can count on one hand the times a client called me panicked because something was down. For free software, that reliability is not something I take for granted.
The one gripe: a handful of minor UI bugs (mostly around reconciliation) have stuck around longer than they should. They work around, but they're annoying when you're moving fast across multiple client files. Still, I trust Wave to be there when I open it, which is the baseline everything else depends on.
