Stumbled into a few edge cases early on that nobody warns you about. Migrating client sites over in bulk, I hit a wall with the hPanel's subdomain limit per account, which forced me to split some clients across separate plans mid-project. Not a dealbreaker, but not a fun conversation to have with a client mid-migration either. Their live chat support got me unstuck both times, faster than I expected, and the LiteSpeed setup genuinely makes WordPress feel snappy out of the box. Value for money is hard to argue with at the price point.
If you're running client work through here, just map out your subdomain and addon domain needs before you commit to a plan tier. I also noticed that staging environments aren't available on the entry-level plan, which matters for agency workflows. We've worked around it, but it adds a step. Two months in, the uptime has been solid and clients haven't noticed any hiccups. Mostly happy, just go in with eyes open on the plan limitations.
