As a PM, I spend more time in Figma than I expected to when I first joined a product role. I review wireframes, leave comments on flows, draft rough sketches in FigJam during discovery, and use prototype share links for stakeholder demos. The collaboration model means I'm never blocked waiting for a design export. I can't draw to save my life but I can move things around in Auto Layout enough to communicate intent. Multi-cursor editing in workshops is a game-changer for collaborative ideation. The Slides product replaced a chunk of my Google Slides usage for design-heavy decks. My main critique: file organisation conventions vary wildly across teams and I've yet to find a structure that scales gracefully past 50 files.
