Provisioning additional resources, managing access tiers, keeping governance clean as headcount grows, none of it has required heroics from my side.
Their support team is sharp and available. Response times held steady even as our footprint expanded. If your organization is in a growth phase and you need a cloud partner that doesn't buckle under the complexity, this is worth a serious look.
