Remote-first was the only way our sales team was ever going to function, so the mobile experience was the first thing I tested when we trialed Creatio about six months ago. Genuinely impressed. The iOS app handles pipeline updates, contact records, and activity logging without feeling stripped down. I can close a follow-up task on the train into London just as easily as I can at my desk. That matters enormously when you're a small, fast-moving team where no one waits for office hours.
The no-code workflow builder is what sealed it for me. I'm not a developer, and I was able to rebuild our lead-routing process myself in a single afternoon. A few tweaks to the UI would make complex automations slightly easier to read on a small screen, so that's my one honest gripe. But for a startup at our stage, the value is hard to argue with. Customer support has been quick and genuinely helpful every time I've reached out.
