Adding two new staff in the past year could have wrecked our receipt workflow. It didn't. Dext absorbed the extra users without any real friction, and the automatic supplier rules meant new team members were processing expenses correctly almost from day one. Training was minimal. That matters a lot when you're small and nobody has time to babysit onboarding.
The mobile capture is genuinely good, and Precision has caught data quality issues I'd have missed otherwise. My one gripe is that support response times can be slow when you hit edge cases. Still, for a growing small team, this is the smoothest scaling experience I've had with any finance tool.
