The contact timeline view is the single reason I stayed past the free trial. Every interaction, email open, call note, and deal stage change stacks in chronological order on one screen. No clicking through tabs. No hunting through filters. I'm only about two months in and I already can't imagine rebuilding that context manually for every prospect. For a five-person sales operation like ours, that kind of visibility used to feel like something only big teams with dedicated RevOps people got to enjoy.
Freddy AI, their built-in assistant, actually adds something real here rather than just sitting as a badge on the pricing page. It surfaces deal scores and flags which contacts have gone cold, and it's pushed me to re-engage a few leads I'd mentally written off. Not every suggestion lands, but enough of them do that I check it each morning before touching anything else. The AI feels like a junior teammate rather than a gimmick, which I did not expect at this price point.
My gripe is the workflow automation builder. The logic is there, and the triggers are flexible, but the interface for building multi-step sequences is genuinely fiddly. I spent longer than I should have wiring up a simple follow-up cadence because the condition blocks don't give you enough visual feedback about what fires when. Customer support responded quickly when I got stuck, so that helped, but the builder itself needs a cleaner UX pass. Still, for a small team that wants serious CRM features without enterprise complexity or an enterprise invoice, this sits in a pretty comfortable spot.
