Not once has a client call been derailed by the platform going down. I've been burned before by CRMs that drop sync unexpectedly or throw mysterious errors mid-workflow, so I went in skeptical. The uptime has been rock solid. I've logged maybe two minor UI hiccups across the entire period, both resolved within days by a support team that actually responds with specifics rather than boilerplate.
For a freelancer managing multiple client pipelines without anyone to call for backup, reliability isn't a nice-to-have. It's everything. The no-code workflow builder handles my needs without drama, and the bug history since I signed up has been genuinely clean compared to other platforms I've trialed. If you're evaluating Creatio and stability is your primary concern, I can say six months of daily use has given me nothing to complain about on that front.
