Gantt charts are the whole reason I pushed for this tool two years ago, and they still deliver. The task dependency view inside Zoho Projects is genuinely thoughtful. I can drag to adjust timelines, see which tasks are blocking others, and the visual layout actually updates in real time as my small crew marks things complete. No spreadsheet gymnastics, no manual redraws. For a six-person team juggling overlapping deadlines, that clarity is worth a lot on its own.
My one gripe is customer support. Response times are slow, and the documentation does not always match the current interface, which means I end up hunting through community forums to solve basic questions. That friction is annoying enough that I docked a star. Still, the value for what you pay at this tier is hard to argue with, and the core feature set is solid enough that I keep renewing without much debate.
