The old tool I came from looked great in demos. In daily use, solo, it became a graveyard of half-configured pipelines I'd abandoned. Monday.com stuck because the boards actually bend to how I think, not the other way around. Five years of freelancing through it and I've never felt the urge to shop around again.
What the previous platform never got right was visibility at a glance. Monday nails that. Customer support has been hit-or-miss on a few tickets, but the product itself carries more than enough weight to make up for it.
