Switching from a mid-tier shared host I'd stuck with out of habit was the best call I made for our small crew. The old provider had decent uptime on paper, but their control panel was a labyrinth, and support tickets would sit for days. Hostinger's hPanel was a genuine relief. Clean, logical, and everything I need for managing multiple domains is actually where I'd expect it to find it. Five years in, I still appreciate that it hasn't turned into bloatware.
What the previous host did better, honestly, is email hosting granularity. Hostinger's email options are functional but a little basic if you run complex forwarding setups. That said, the LiteSpeed performance difference is real and noticeable, pricing is absurdly fair for what you get, and the live chat support has never left my team waiting. For a small operation running client sites on a tight budget, there's nothing else I'd point people toward.
