The dashboards are the reason I keep renewing this for every client I manage. Five-plus years running alumni engagement strategy on behalf of multiple organizations, and Tassl's reporting layer has genuinely changed how I present value to clients. Engagement scores, participation trends, segment breakdowns, it's all there without me having to build custom exports every quarter.
