Three years in and the bug history still bothers me more than it should. Outages have hit me at the worst moments, twice during onboarding paperwork for new clients, which is exactly when you cannot afford a spinning loading screen. Support acknowledges the issues politely but fixes arrive slowly. The interface is genuinely pleasant and the self-service features work well when the platform cooperates. For a solo HR consultant staking reputation on reliability, though, "usually works" is not a strong enough pitch.
