Five-plus years and I can count the outages on one hand. That's not nothing. As a solo operator managing multiple client accounts, I can't afford a tracking tool that goes dark on a Monday morning, and TrackSmart has genuinely never let me down that way. Bugs are rare, and the ones that have slipped through got patched fast with no drama.
The reliability alone earns the subscription fee for me. I've tried other tools that looked shinier on the surface but fell apart under daily use. TrackSmart just runs. Quietly, consistently, every time I open it.
