Five years with Awareness Days, and the one thing that keeps me coming back is how genuinely responsive their support team is. I manage social and internal comms for a tiny team, and every time I've flagged a missing event or questioned a date discrepancy, I get a real reply within a day or two. Not a canned response. A thoughtful one. That kind of attention is rare from a niche content tool, and it's made the automatic alert feature genuinely useful for planning ahead instead of scrambling.
My only real gripe is that the toolkit download format hasn't changed much over the years. I'd love cleaner export options for non-UK calendars since my work occasionally spans European awareness events and the coverage there feels thinner. Still, for the price and the quality of support, this is the resource I point to when colleagues ask how I stay on top of awareness campaigns. Solid, dependable, and actually maintained.
