The shift-swap feature inside Indeavor Engage is the reason I keep renewing. As a solo consultant managing contract schedules for a handful of industrial clients, I needed employees to handle routine swap requests without looping me in every single time. Engage does exactly that. Workers submit the request, the system checks qualifications automatically, and the swap either goes through or it doesn't. No phone calls to me at 6 a.m. No spreadsheet gymnastics. The qualification-matching piece is surprisingly thorough, flagging certifications and role requirements I didn't even configure manually because Indeavor pulled them from the connected HCM data.
