First-week setup for a new client account used to be the part I dreaded most. Sage HR changed that completely. The onboarding flow is genuinely intuitive, and my clients' new hires figure it out without me having to hold their hands through every screen. Clean task lists, a clear leave balance view right up front, and nothing buried three menus deep.
I've now rolled this out on behalf of about a dozen clients over the past year. Every single one of them had employees logging in and navigating independently by day two. Their support team is fast and knows the product cold. For an agency doing this work repeatedly, that consistency is everything.
