Connecting Notion to the tools I already relied on took maybe an afternoon. Google Drive, Slack, a couple of calendar apps, all talking to each other inside one workspace. For a solo operator juggling multiple clients, that kind of connectivity is the whole point. No more hunting across five tabs for a brief or a deadline.
About eight weeks in now, and my one real frustration is that some integrations feel surface-level. Slack notifications come through, but the two-way sync I wanted with my task pipeline just isn't there yet. Still, this is the first tool that's actually reduced my tab count.
