Honestly, the integrations are what won me over. Running solo means every tool in my stack has to talk to the others, and Crystal Office Systems slots in without fuss. It connects cleanly with the password vault and monitoring utilities I rely on daily, which I did not expect at this price point.
About six months of consistent use now, and nothing has broken or drifted out of sync. Customer support answered a config question fast. If you work alone and need PAM software that plays nicely with the rest of your setup, this is worth a serious look.
