Three years in and I still genuinely enjoy opening Dext. That's not something I say about most finance tools. The interface is clean without being stripped-down, and navigating between receipt capture and supplier rules has never felt like a chore, which matters when you're managing expenses across a small education charity with limited admin time.
The one gripe: the mobile app occasionally lags when processing images in bulk, and that breaks the flow. Not a dealbreaker, but noticeable. Everything else, especially the bank matching, just works the way you'd want it to.
