Five years on this platform, and the thing I keep coming back to is just how rarely it lets me down. Running a tiny sales operation means I don't have an IT person to call when something breaks at 8am before a client presentation. Creatio simply doesn't break. I can count on one hand the number of unplanned outages I've experienced across half a decade, and each one was resolved faster than I expected, with proactive communication the whole way through. That kind of reliability isn't something you fully appreciate until you've been burned by a flaky platform before.
The bug history is similarly clean, at least in my experience. Updates roll out regularly and they don't introduce chaos. My custom workflows built in Studio Creatio survive version upgrades intact, which sounds like a low bar but trust me, it isn't. For a small team where every hour counts, knowing this thing will just work when I open it is genuinely worth the subscription cost on its own.
