Rolling Dext out across a large firm means you're watching it perform under pressure, not ideal conditions. On mobile, the receipt capture is genuinely decent. I'm processing supplier invoices from my phone at client sites, and the OCR reads most documents quickly enough that I stopped dreading it. The app doesn't crash on me the way an older tool we used did, and that's not nothing. For field-heavy workflows, it does hold its own.
That said, after about a year, the gaps are hard to ignore. Mobile access to Precision, the data assurance side, is limited compared to desktop, which matters when I need to flag a client data issue on the road and can't pull up the full view. Support response times have also been inconsistent since the enterprise rollout, nothing catastrophic, just slow when you need a fast answer. Features and price feel misaligned for what we're actually getting at scale. Good foundation, frustrating ceiling.
