Time tracking inside ProWorkflow is genuinely the feature that changed how my department bills its hours. Every task gets a timer attached, staff log against specific projects without any prompting from me, and the reports I pull at month-end are clean enough to hand straight to finance. No reformatting, no chasing people for spreadsheet updates.
About a year in and I still find it hard to fault. Customer service answered my one setup question fast and without fuss. If you manage a busy mid-market department where billable time gets messy, this is worth a serious look.
