Pricing was the thing I scrutinized hardest before signing on two years ago, and honestly, it has held up better than I expected at enterprise scale. Klaviyo's contact-based model felt risky when I was looking at our list size, but the tiered structure turned out to be transparent in a way that a lot of platforms just aren't. No surprise overages, no cryptic line items on the invoice. The value per send, especially once you factor in the segmentation depth and the automation flows you can build, is genuinely hard to argue with.
The rollout across our organization took real coordination, and their support team was present through the messy parts. A few billing questions came up mid-implementation and got resolved quickly, which mattered a lot when budget stakeholders were watching closely. If you're at a scale where marketing spend gets scrutinized every quarter, Klaviyo holds up to that scrutiny. It's not the cheapest option at the top of the list size, but you feel where the money goes.
