The platform I came from wasn't bad, exactly. It just made everything feel heavier than it needed to be. Clunky lead capture, manual follow-up steps I had to babysit, and an omnichannel story that was basically a checkbox on a sales slide. Breathe Life is different in practice. The lead conversion flow actually guides a prospect through the application without me holding their hand the whole time, which as a solo broker is the difference between closing a policy at 9 p.m. and losing it entirely. About six months in and I haven't looked back once.
The workflow automation is where they really pull ahead. I set up triggers for follow-ups and document requests once, and they just run. Customer support has been genuinely responsive too, faster than anything I experienced with my previous provider. If I'm being honest, value for money is the one area where I'd want to see more flexibility in pricing tiers for independent operators. But the overall experience? Hard to argue with.
