Permissions in Figma are honestly better than I expected for a tool at this price point. About a year in, managing a small crew of five, I can say the org and team structure clicked pretty fast. Setting up who can view versus who can edit, controlling which files live in shared project spaces versus personal drafts, it all makes sense once you map it to how your team actually works. The admin panel is straightforward enough that I stopped dreading it after the first month.
