Scaling any tool across a legal department of sixty-plus attorneys sounds like a nightmare on paper. MA 3000 made it genuinely manageable. When my team started onboarding in waves over the past year, the permission structures and matter-specific calendaring held up without the kind of admin chaos I was bracing for. Court deadline tracking syncs across practice groups without constant babysitting, which was the one thing that kept breaking with the spreadsheet system we limped along on before. Customer support walked us through the enterprise configuration during rollout, and their response time was faster than I expected.
A year in, the thing that still impresses me is how new hires get productive on it quickly. The learning curve is short enough that I stopped dreading onboarding cycles. If I had one complaint, it would be that reporting customization feels a touch limited when I need cross-group deadline summaries. Minor gripe for what is otherwise a genuinely well-built piece of software. Our litigation and transactional teams are finally working off the same calendar infrastructure, and that alone has been worth every dollar.
