The Education tier with appropriate student safety controls satisfies our district compliance requirements. Reliability for parent conferences matters enormously to families managing work schedules to attend. Breakout rooms support our staff meeting structure for grade-level collaboration. Where I appreciate Zoom: customer support handled our district-wide license configuration patiently. Recording with appropriate consent and access controls supports our teacher coaching program. Pricing through educational licensing is reasonable. The mobile app is useful for occasional after-hours communication with staff.
