Scaling this thing across a dozen client environments over three-plus years has taught me a lot about what identity orchestration platforms can and can't handle under pressure. Transmit Security handles it. When we first onboarded a mid-size financial services client onto the platform, I was braced for the usual chaos: inconsistent policy enforcement, sprawling exception lists, support tickets piling up faster than we could close them. None of that happened. The orchestration layer is genuinely flexible, and adding new user groups, policy sets, or authentication flows for a growing client org takes a fraction of the time I budgeted when we started.
What really stands out from an agency perspective is how gracefully the product scales without requiring us to rebuild the underlying logic every time a client adds a department or acquires a subsidiary. I've pushed it across teams that doubled in headcount mid-contract, and the administrative overhead didn't balloon the way it does with other tools I won't name. Their customer success team deserves credit too. Not perfect, response times can drag when you hit them with a complex edge case, but they stay engaged and actually read the ticket before replying.
For any consultant managing privileged access on behalf of enterprise clients, this is the platform I'd point you toward first. The onboarding story for new client admins is clear, the compliance audit trail is thorough, and the identity orchestration approach means we're not duct-taping workflows together every six months. Three years in, I'm still finding configuration options I hadn't needed before. That depth is rare.
