Solid platform. A year into an enterprise rollout covering dozens of properties, and the uptime record has been genuinely impressive. I can count the outages on one hand, and their status page was honest and fast each time. Bugs exist, but they get patched without much drama.
The one gripe: a scan processing glitch that cropped up around month four sat unresolved for longer than it should have. Support acknowledged it quickly but the fix took weeks. Not a dealbreaker, just frustrating on a live project.
