Look, I've used a lot of design tools over the years, and Figma just gets it right. Real-time collaboration? Game changer. No more "wait, which version are we looking at?" conversations. The component system is brilliant once you wrap your head around it, and honestly, I haven't crashed it yet, even with files that would have melted Sketch into a puddle. Worth every penny our company pays for it.
