The UI is just genuinely pleasant to work in. That sounds like a small thing, but after five-plus years in this platform I can tell you it matters more than any feature list. Everything sits where you'd expect it. The no-code workflow builder is the part I come back to constantly, and it has never once made me feel like I need a developer standing over my shoulder. Dragging stages around a pipeline, adjusting field layouts for different team views, spinning up a quick automation when a process changes, all of it is fast and low-friction in a way that most CRMs simply are not.
My one honest gripe is that some of the deeper configuration menus are layered a bit further down than they should be. You learn the shortcuts eventually, but there is a small learning curve for newer folks on my team. Customer support has been responsive whenever I've hit a real wall. For a mid-market sales ops function that lives inside this tool every single day, the value is hard to argue with.
