Setting up roles and permissions for a small team sounds trivial until you're the one doing it. TransitionManager surprised me here. Granular access controls are actually intuitive, and I had everyone configured correctly within an afternoon, no support ticket needed.
My one gripe: tweaking permissions mid-project requires more clicks than it should. Not a dealbreaker for a team our size, but it adds friction at exactly the wrong moment. Overall, the admin experience is clean and well thought out for what it tries to do.
