Honest surprise: the price-to-feature ratio here is genuinely hard to argue with. Running Insightly on behalf of several clients over the past year, I kept expecting to hit a paywall that would embarrass me in front of a budget-conscious customer. Never happened. The tiered plans are clear, and the free tier alone handles more than most tools charge for. Contact management, task tracking, project pipelines, the G Suite integration, all sitting inside a plan that doesn't punish small teams. My clients notice the value immediately. Zero complaints from me on that front.
