The scheduling integration with our calendar and CRM logs activity without me having to remember anything. Screen sharing reliability handles our product demos well. Whiteboard collaboration during strategy sessions has replaced our previous Miro workflow for simple use cases. AI Companion meeting summaries save me real time on follow-up emails. Where I want more: customer-facing branding options for our scheduled calls would be nice for our enterprise accounts. Pricing has crept up on us at renewal. Customer support has been responsive when I've engaged. Solid platform that doesn't get in the way of customer relationships.
