Three years into an enterprise rollout and I can count the outages on one hand. That's the thing I keep coming back to. Fanexam just runs. No mystery downtime, no Tuesday morning scrambles because the NPS widget stopped firing. The bug history is genuinely clean compared to what I'd tolerate from other tools in this category.
For a deployment at this scale, reliability isn't a nice-to-have. It's the whole argument. Fanexam has made that argument every single week since we went live.
