My whole distributed team was skeptical when we pushed ProWorkflow out across the enterprise. Two years later, working remotely is genuinely where this tool shines brightest. Task updates, time logging, file access, all of it holds up on a browser from wherever I happen to be that week. No installs, no fussing around with VPN quirks.
The mobile experience is not flashy, but it is dependable. That matters more when you are coordinating across time zones. Customer support has been responsive every time I have needed them, which honestly surprised me at this scale.
