Five years into using JustParent and the UI still doesn't frustrate me. That's rarer than it sounds. The dashboard is clean, policy setup takes maybe ten minutes once you know what you're doing, and the claims submission flow hasn't changed in a way that breaks my muscle memory. For a non-profit running lean on admin resource, that consistency matters more than any flashy new feature. I log in, find what I need, and get out. No hunting through sub-menus, no mystery buttons.
The features themselves do exactly what they promise. Configuring leave bands for our staff, excluding directors, tracking claims status, it all lives in one place without feeling cluttered. Customer service has been responsive every time I've had a question, and honestly the value for an organisation like ours is hard to overstate. Enhanced parental leave used to be something we couldn't afford to offer competitively. Now it's a genuine part of how we retain people. I'd point any HR colleague in the education or charity sector straight to them.
