Arbostar software gives us all the necessary features to run every aspect of our tree care company easily. With this software, we use the maximum of its functionality on any given day, unlike other complicated software we had previous experience with. It has a very clean and logical interface. The dashboard is great keeping me on track. Every evening ends with one last glance at the dashboard, as it gives me a quick review of the day. It has built-in third-party programs, such as Google Maps and QuickBooks. Those third-party programs do take some of the workloads off. Our estimators are especially fond of creating schemes on the Google map and automatically sending them to our customers and sharing them with the field workers. The system also has a mobile app that our estimators and field workers use out on site. With that, Arbostar has helped to improve the communication between the office and the crew out in the field. The estimators save time as they now can create estimates from anywhere they are. With that customer satisfaction has also increased as our team is faster and more efficient than before. The integration went smoothly with the constant support, guiding, and training from the Arbostar team. Any time a question arises, they are here to help. With software that solves our problem and constant support from the Arbostar team, it does feel like they genuinely care about keeping our business running sleekly.
