I am pleased with the Support service I received today. Jack Muenks responded quickly to my issue and sent me a very friendly email that I can respond to if need be. My issue with Summit Hosting is that I get locked out of my database a couple of times per year, and find it necessary to submit a support ticket. This seems to happen whenever there is a Quickbooks software update. This may be because I have an unusual user set up, but it is a bit nerve wracking when I can't sign on. Kudos to the support team, however, for resolving my issue quickly every time.
