“Highly intuitive” Overall: Once set up (a moderately straightforward process), the system has done exactly what we need it to - track emails, give client history, project manage. Absolute 10/10 Pros: Easy to use, highly intuitive, outlook based - amazing crm, integral to our business. The continued ongoing support and customer service is top shelf! Cons: Nothing really. This software doesnt really have anything I like least. Reasons for Choosing eWay-CRM: all the features above - its the crm I would have designed for myself!!!
