“eWay CRM - Project deployement and software daily use” Pros: Integration was quite easy, as we didn't have any CRM in place when we set up this one. It's a really easy to use software, and the support team is brilliant. Cons: Sometimes I get syncing problems, but then I ring the support team and they sort it out in no time. Alternatives Considered: Dynamics 365 Reasons for Choosing eWay-CRM: Price and specs. Dynamics 365 would be am overkill for such a small organization like ours.
