“eWay Compatible and User Friendly” Pros: Compatibility with MS Office Outlook, that I can easily convert contacts. User friendliness, I can get everything organized perfectly and very easily. Cons: Integration was very smooth, I still need to learn and practice to be able to say what I do not like. Switched From: InTouch CRM Reasons for Switching to eWay-CRM: Incompatibility with Microsoft, necessity to use another system.
