Comment: Great team to work with. I never had a bad experience with Maestro team me Pros - Always willing to take the time to understand our situation. - Maestro usually can solve any problem I had. - Easy to train new employees for the Front Desk. Cons - too much "Drill down" to get information needed. Once you know what your doing it is not bad. - Meal forecast is not what I think it should be. - I have not found a quick and easy "total sold" screen yet but, I have not asked either. Overall 4.5/5 Likelihood to Recommend 9/10 Return on Investment (ROI) 4.5/5 Customer Service 5/5 Ease of Use 4.5/5 Implementation/Onboarding 4/5
