We are an Indoor Sports Centre that also has an Inflatable World franchise, which we operate on weekends and school holidays. We were introduced to Sherm through Inflatable World head office. We have found Sherm to be very useful for our business. It has not only clarified our WHS obligations with regard to Inflatable World, but it has also improved the WHS aspects of our sports business through association. It is a one stop repository for all WHS data, from staff qualifications to injuries/complaints. Most importantly, we have found the support of Sherm excellent. There is always prompt attention to requests/questions - very rarely would a response take longer than a day - and we are dealing directly with people in Australia! We certainly recommend Sherm to any business that requires its services.
