Great value and amazing support! Lets' face it, Wordpress sites get hacked. I generally use quite expensive providers (like WPEngine) to avoid this risk and it's worth every cent. However, for a side project I spun up a site on AccuWeb and I am really grateful for their support. Yes, I let the site go idle and did not run updates. Yep, I got hacked. Yer, I had not backed up the earlier 2 weeks when I had done a lot of work... but they saved me! Restoring a special set of backups they keep. I'll stay for thedayninja.com as it scales.
