Requirements and initial support have been excellent. The sales manager and project manager have been approachable and helpful throughout the implementation process. **What do you like most about the product or service?** System is visually very attractive and there is an impressive roadmap in place. **What do you dislike most about the product or service?** Number of bugs and development requirements to automate reporting to a greater extent, however rapid resolution of these and addition to the list of enhancements for roadmap consideration is impressive. **Please explain the business problems or needs that prompted the purchase of this product or service.** Expiration of contract for legacy system, change in organizational requirements **If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?** More detailed review of existing processes and documentation and clearer requirements definition prior to implementing - time constraints did not allow for this for us.
