CUSTOMER SERVICE A++++! I'm not new to childcare managment programs, and many new apps/platforms are VERY difficult to get help when you need it. I asked a question at a very late hour (my best working time), and was immediately answered by a REAL person. They have an after-hours support team that can help whenever you need it! And, the program is really helping us keep track of our leads. I'm pretty impressed!
