Itris 9 is the third CRM we have used in six months after 2 false starts elsewhere - but finally, we're there. It's intuitive and easy to navigate, very handy all being on one page with no need to scroll. The drag and drop feature makes life so much easier, especially when populating from a website or LinkedIn; also really useful for uploading documents without having to save elsewhere first. Definitely happy to recommend.
